The Greatest Queso That Ever Lived – Only Not So Much

Such a long title….But the Queso is really called The Greatest Queso That Ever Lived only I don’t think it was all that. I mean it tastes good, but it’s thicker than I like.

1 block (32 oz) of Velveeta, cubed
1 block (8 oz) of cream cheese, cubed
1 can of rotel
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained

Cube Velveeta and put in crock pot.  Add cubed cream cheese, rotel and cream of mushroom soup.  Stir and cook on low for 30 minutes.  Add ground beef.  Stir.  Continue to cook on low for an addition 30-45 minutes or until everything has melted.  Make sure you check it so it doesn’t burn.

Cornbread

Husband loves this cornbread recipe and told me that I can’t change it at all!

I think it best fresh out of the oven when it’s nice and hot, but it’s still amazingly good after it’s cooled off too.
Here is the Recipe:
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 Stick of Butter Melted (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup Cornmeal
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

It’s from the Busy Family Cookbook.

Pretty Much Amazing

So the picture doesn’t do it justice – probably because I’m not a photog and probably because it was taken with my phone, but this dip is AMAZING!!

It’s called Green Sauce.  If you want the recipe go to Chezfruge.com and search for green sauce…You will be happy you did!!
